When the concealed underground containers are completely full, the extra load of paper slowly starts accumulating, forming an undesirable and visible pile above ground. Between 19.00 and 20.00 o’clock, a special team of garbage collectors removes these piles of rubbish. They take before and after pictures as evidence that they have tidied up these forbidden mounds of waste paper. This might be an appropriate moment to intervene by building a cardboard installation.
